Thank you for shopping with Cotswold Bathroom Brands. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders for bathroom sanitary ware and related products purchased through our website.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout:

  • Mainland United Kingdom

For deliveries to offshore locations, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isles, or international destinations, additional delivery charges and longer lead times may apply.

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we deliver to your location.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on product availability, courier schedules, and delivery location.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Large or pallet deliveries: 3–10 working days
  • Special order items: Delivery times will be confirmed separately

Delays caused by weather, courier disruption, supplier shortages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.


4. Large & Heavy Item Deliveries

Many bathroom products including baths, vanity units, shower enclosures, and furniture are shipped via pallet or specialist freight couriers.

For these deliveries:

  • Delivery is typically kerbside only
  • Customers may require assistance moving items indoors
  • Someone must be available to inspect and sign for the delivery
  • Failed deliveries may incur additional redelivery charges

Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery vehicles before placing your order.


5. Delivery Inspections

We strongly recommend inspecting all goods upon delivery before signing.

If any item appears damaged:

  • Sign for the delivery as “DAMAGED” where possible
  • Take photographs of the packaging and products
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted by couriers or insurers.


6. Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer absence
  • Incorrect delivery details
  • Restricted access
  • Failure to arrange suitable acceptance

additional delivery or storage charges may apply.


7. Split Deliveries

Some orders may arrive in separate shipments due to product size, supplier locations, or stock availability.

You will not be charged additional shipping costs for split deliveries unless agreed in advance.


8. Click & Collect (Optional Section)

If you offer collection, use this section:

Customers selecting Click & Collect will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Collection must be arranged during business hours and proof of purchase may be required.


9. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Courier requirements

Any additional delivery surcharges for remote locations will be communicated before dispatch.


10. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Supply chain shortages
  • Industrial action
  • Traffic or transport issues

Where possible, we will keep customers informed of significant delays.


11. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.

We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer.
